Shipping Policy

All packages we ship to our customers are insured. A tracking number for your package will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order. Please check your email for the tracking number. When you receive your order, please check the package for damages. If there is damage, notify us immediately. We will have it picked up, and a new order will be shipped. We do not refund money due to damage caused during shipping, you will receive a replacement order. 

Shipping Methods:
Currently, Hearty Pet will ship your order via several options - FedEx, USPS and UPS Sure Post.  If an order is requested to go a specific way, additional handling fees may be incurred. 

Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped as promptly as possible.  Bottom line is, your product will leave our climate controlled warehouse very quickly and get to you much faster than many other online stores.

FREE shipping exclusion:  We are unable to offer the "FREE" shipping promotion to Alaska and Hawaii.

NOTE: Please verify that shipping address is correct at the time of the order. If your package was shipped via Fedex, Fedex will charge $13.00 for any address correction and this charge will be applied to the purchaser's credit card when notified by Fedex, usually within one week after shipping.

 ****Fedex does not delivery to a PO Box address.
